A Singapore facilities maintenance company built around long-term contracts
City Integrated Services Pte Ltd (UEN 201612606H) was established in 2016 to give building owners, MCSTs, managing agents and property managers something the market rarely offers: one accountable team for the ongoing maintenance and support of their properties.
Our story
From single trades to integrated contracts
Most maintenance companies grow by adding jobs. We grew by taking responsibility for whole properties.
City Integrated Services started with hands-on building work and the same observation every owner eventually makes: buildings are not let down by a lack of contractors, but by a lack of ownership. When electrical, plumbing, cleaning, waste and manpower sit with different vendors, defects fall between them and nobody answers for the property as a whole.
So we built the company around the contract, not the callout. Today we deliver integrated maintenance and facility-support agreements to commercial buildings, industrial properties, MCST estates, offices and property management companies across Singapore — with a named supervisor per contract, planned calendars, agreed response windows and monthly reporting.

An operations model designed for contracts
Every engagement follows the same structure, whether it is a single-service agreement or a full integrated contract across several sites.
Contract supervisor
Your single point of contact. Owns the schedule, the team on site, escalations and the monthly report.
Site team
Technicians, handymen, cleaners and coordinators inducted to your property, with relief cover from our pool.
Operations & specialists
Our operations team plans PPM, coordinates licensed trades and specialist vendors, and quality-checks the work.
Checklists & records
Standard checklists by area and system, photo records for every task, and a live defect log per property.
Reporting & reviews
Monthly service reports in a format your management or council can table, plus scheduled contract reviews.
Safety & compliance
Risk assessments, method statements, PPE, licensed works and MOM-compliant employment — documented and auditable.
Compliance & assurance
Compliance you can rely on
Singapore’s facilities sector is regulated for good reason. We build the requirements into how we work, and we can furnish documentation on request.
Licensed regulated works
Electrical works by licensed electrical workers (LEW) and sanitary/plumbing works by PUB-licensed plumbers, as required by law.
NEA-compliant waste collection
General waste is collected and transported under the required NEA General Waste Collector licensing, by licensed collectors we appoint and supervise.
Workplace safety (WSH)
Risk assessments, method statements, toolbox briefings and PPE for every scope, in line with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
MOM-compliant workforce
Valid work passes, statutory contributions, insurance and Progressive Wage Model compliance where applicable — handled by us as employer.
Documented delivery
Checklists, photo records, defect logs and monthly reports create an audit trail for owners, councils and insurers.
Certified management systems
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified under IAF MLA-member accreditation, and bizSAFE STAR — the WSH Council’s highest bizSAFE level.
