Who we serve
Facilities maintenance for every kind of Singapore property
Different properties fail in different ways. A condominium bin centre, a mall’s loading bay and a factory’s pump room need different schedules, skills and reporting — so we scope every contract to the property type, not from a template.

Common questions
Working with City Integrated Services
Do you work directly with MCST councils, or only through managing agents?
Both. Some management corporations appoint us directly through their council; in other estates the managing agent runs the tender and manages the contract day to day. We are comfortable reporting to either, and we structure our reports so they can be tabled at council meetings and AGMs.
Can one contract cover several properties in a portfolio?
Yes. Property management companies and landlords with multiple sites often prefer a master agreement with site-specific schedules, a roving technician pool and consolidated monthly reporting. This usually costs less than separate contracts and gives one accountable supervisor across the portfolio.
Do you serve small offices and single tenants, or only whole buildings?
We serve both. A single office floor may need a resident handyman, periodic upkeep and a helpdesk arrangement; a whole building needs the full integrated scope. Contracts are scoped to the property, so smaller engagements are welcome.
