Yes — companies providing cleaning services must hold an NEA cleaning business licence, which also requires Progressive Wage Model compliance for cleaners. We confirm the licensing arrangement for your scope in writing before the contract starts, so your obligations are covered.
Can you supply cleaners only, without the management layer?
Yes — that is our contract manpower service. Cleaning maintenance adds the management: specifications, supervision, inspections, consumables and reporting. Most clients start with one or two cleaners and move to the managed model as the site grows.
Do you do one-off deep cleans?
Yes, for contract clients and as pre-contract trials: post-renovation cleans, carpet shampooing, floor restoration and spring cleans, quoted per job.
