Housekeeping is the department guests judge you on. A slow room turnaround holds up check-in; a missed detail in a bathroom becomes a review that outlives the stay. Yet it is also the hardest department to staff consistently in Singapore, where occupancy swings week to week and hiring is tight.
City Integrated Services provides outsourced hotel housekeeping to hotels, serviced apartments, boutique properties and co-living operators across Singapore. Staff are on our payroll, trained to your standards and supervised by our team — so you can flex headcount with occupancy instead of carrying it year-round, and hold one contractor accountable for the result.

How we deliver it
Standards walk-through
We tour the property with your executive housekeeper, review the room standard, time-per-room target and inspection criteria.
Roster & training
Headcount is planned against your occupancy pattern; attendants are inducted on your standards, chemicals, keys and guest-privacy rules.
Daily service & checks
Rooms are allocated and serviced each shift; the supervisor inspects, closes gaps and hands over cleared rooms to your front office.
Report & review
Attendance, rooms serviced, inspection scores and recurring issues are reported monthly and reviewed with you.
Why contract it to City Integrated Services
Flex with occupancy
Scale attendants up for high season, groups and events, and back down again — without carrying the headcount all year.
Employment burden handled
Work passes, CPF, PWM-compliant wages where applicable, insurance and replacements sit with us as the employer.
Your standards, measured
We work to your room standard and publish inspection scores, so quality is visible instead of anecdotal.
One contractor for the whole property
Housekeeping can sit in the same contract as maintenance, upkeep and waste — one supervisor, one monthly report.
Frequently asked questions
Can we outsource housekeeping instead of hiring room attendants?
Yes. Attendants, public-area cleaners and housekeeping supervisors can be deployed to your property while remaining employed by City Integrated Services. Your executive housekeeper or duty manager directs the daily work; we handle recruitment, training, payroll, statutory contributions, insurance, leave cover and replacements.
How do you keep to our brand standards?
We build the checklist from your existing room standard during the walk-through — bed set-up, bathroom finish, amenity placement, time per room — and induct every attendant on it. Supervisors inspect rooms against that checklist and record scores with photos, so any drift is caught and corrected quickly.
Can you cover only peak periods or short-term gaps?
Yes. Alongside full housekeeping contracts we supply top-up crews for high occupancy, group arrivals, events and resignation or leave gaps — at short notice for existing clients, and with a lead time for one-off requests.
Do you handle linen and laundry?
We manage linen at the property: linen room organisation, par-level tracking, trolley set-up, soiled-linen handling and coordination with your laundry vendor. Off-site laundry processing is arranged through a laundry provider, and your proposal states whether that sits with us or stays with your existing contract.
Do you also clean public areas and back of house?
Yes — lobby, corridors, lifts, public washrooms, F&B and recreation areas, plus back-of-house service corridors and staff areas. Many properties contract public areas and night crews first, then move guest rooms across once the standard is proven.
