City Integrated Services Pte Ltd (UEN 201612606H) (“we”, “us”) provides integrated building and facilities maintenance services in Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you use this website (https://cityintegrated.sg) or engage our services.

2. Personal data we collect

• Enquiry and contact data — name, company or MCST, role, email address, phone number, property details and the content of your message when you submit our contact form, email, call or message us.
• Contract and service data — details needed to survey a property, prepare a proposal, deliver a contract and issue reports and invoices.
• Website usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used to keep the site secure and understand how it is used. This site does not use advertising trackers.

3. How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries and arrange site surveys and proposals.
• To perform and administer contracts, including scheduling, reporting, invoicing and emergency contact.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations (for example workplace safety, licensing and accounting requirements).
• To maintain the security and performance of our website.

We do not sell personal data. We only send marketing communications where you have consented, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Disclosure

We may share personal data with service providers who help us operate (for example email hosting, IT support and, where relevant, licensed subcontractors delivering part of a contract), strictly for the purposes above and subject to confidentiality obligations.
