Yes. In Singapore, the collection and transport of general waste from premises must be carried out by a licensed General Waste Collector under NEA regulations. Our waste management contracts ensure collection is performed under the required licence by licensed collectors we appoint and coordinate, and your proposal states clearly who holds it.
Can you manage recycling for a condominium or office building?
Yes. We set up recycling points, provide bins and signage, brief cleaners on segregation and arrange collection of recyclables, with reporting for management or sustainability programmes where required.
What about bulky items or renovation debris?
Contract clients can request bulky-item and renovation-debris disposal on demand. We quote per collection or include an allowance in the contract for estates with regular need.
Who cleans and maintains the bin centre?
We do, as part of the waste management scope: washing, disinfection, pest-prevention housekeeping and reporting equipment defects for repair.
