Property management companies and managing agents are judged by their contractors. When a vendor misses a collection, sends an untrained worker or fails to document a repair, it is your relationship with the owner or council that suffers. You need a subcontract partner who is as accountable to you as you are to your clients.
City Integrated Services works with property managers and managing agents across Singapore as a maintenance, manpower, inspection, upkeep and waste partner — under site-specific contracts or a master agreement covering multiple properties, with a single account manager and consolidated reporting.

Typical challenges we solve
Inconsistent standards across sites
Different vendors, different checklists, different quality — hard to manage and harder to report.
Manpower reliability
No-shows and unfilled positions leave you explaining gaps to owners and councils.
Reporting burden
Owners and councils want evidence; assembling it from several vendors eats your team’s time.
Portfolio churn
Sites are won and lost; contracts must scale up and down without drama.
Compliance exposure
Unlicensed works or undocumented waste collection become your problem too.
Margin pressure
Owners want more for less; you need a partner who prices transparently and delivers efficiently.

Frequently asked questions
Will you work under our branding and reporting formats?
Yes. As your subcontract partner we can report in your templates, attend site meetings alongside your managers, and coordinate through your work-order system where you have one.
How do you price a multi-site agreement?
With a master framework — standard rates for scope items and manpower roles — applied to a site-specific schedule for each property. This keeps pricing transparent for your clients and easy to extend to new sites.
What happens when we win or lose a site?
New sites are added to the master agreement with their own schedule; sites you lose can be wound down with notice, and staff redeployed across the portfolio. Scaling is written into the agreement from the start.
