Who we serve

Maintenance contracts for commercial buildings

Office towers, retail malls and mixed-use developments need maintenance that protects tenant experience and asset value without disrupting trading or working hours.

In a commercial building, every defect has an audience: tenants, shoppers, visitors, and the leasing team trying to keep occupancy up. Maintenance has to be reliable, discreet and evidence-based — done outside peak hours where possible, and reported in a way that asset managers can act on.

City Integrated Services provides integrated maintenance and facility-support contracts to landlords, asset managers and property managers of commercial buildings across Singapore, from single office blocks to multi-tower developments and retail podiums.

Frequently asked questions

Can maintenance works be done outside office or trading hours?

Yes. Planned works that would disturb tenants — noisy repairs, corridor repainting, plant shutdowns — are scheduled for evenings, early mornings or weekends as agreed in the contract, with method statements and permits handled by us.

How do you handle tenant requests?

Through a facility-support helpdesk loop: requests are logged, dispatched to the on-site technician or handyman, and closed with a note or photo. Closure times and volumes are reported monthly so the property manager can see service levels.

Do you provide KPI or SLA reporting for asset managers?

Yes. Contracts can include KPIs such as response and rectification times, PPM completion rate, inspection completion and helpdesk closure rate, reported monthly and reviewed periodically.
