Office managers and workplace teams rarely have time to chase three vendors for a leaking pantry tap, a flickering light and a broken meeting-room door. Our office maintenance contracts consolidate those small but constant needs into one service with a helpdesk loop, so the workplace simply works.
City Integrated Services supports corporate tenants, co-working operators and owner-occupied office buildings across Singapore — from a single floor to a multi-floor headquarters — with resident or roving support, scheduled upkeep and clear reporting to your workplace or admin team.

Typical challenges we solve
Too many small requests
Pantry, lighting, doors, workstations, meeting rooms — a stream of minor issues with no owner.
No in-house facilities staff
Admin teams end up managing vendors instead of doing their jobs.
Works during office hours
Repairs and upkeep must be quiet, tidy and scheduled around meetings and staff.
Presentation matters
Reception, meeting rooms and washrooms shape how clients and staff perceive the company.
Landlord vs tenant scope
Confusion over what the building covers and what the tenant must handle.
Fit-outs, moves and churn

Frequently asked questions
What does the landlord cover versus what the tenant needs to maintain?
Typically the landlord maintains base building systems and common areas, while the tenant is responsible for its own fit-out — internal electrical, plumbing fixtures, doors, finishes and furniture. We help you map that boundary during the walk-through and scope only what you need.
Do we need a full-time handyman on site?
Not necessarily. Smaller offices are usually well served by a roving handyman on set days plus a helpdesk for urgent requests; larger headquarters benefit from resident cover. We recommend a model based on request volumes and hours.
Can you help with office moves and reinstatement?
Yes. Contract clients can call on project crews for desk moves, minor works, decommissioning and reinstatement to landlord requirements at lease end.
