In Singapore, air-conditioning is not a comfort feature — it is infrastructure. Un-serviced units drip onto ceilings, blow musty air, freeze up in the afternoon peak and quietly add double digits to the power bill. A servicing schedule prevents nearly all of it.
City Integrated Services maintains air-conditioning for offices, shops, F&B outlets, hotels, clinics, common areas and industrial spaces — quarterly or monthly servicing contracts, chemical washes and overhauls, and repair callouts. We service most common systems: wall-mounted splits, ceiling cassettes, ducted fan coil units and VRV/VRF installations.

Frequently asked questions
How often should aircon be serviced in Singapore?
For daily-use commercial spaces, every 1–3 months depending on usage and dust load: monthly for F&B and high-traffic areas, quarterly for typical offices. Singapore’s humidity makes drainage and coil hygiene the usual failure points, which routine servicing prevents.
When is a chemical wash needed instead of normal servicing?
When a unit still drips, smells musty or cools poorly after general servicing — signs of clogged coils or drainage. A chemical wash strips the coil and tray; a full chemical overhaul dismantles the unit for deep cleaning. We recommend it per unit, not as a blanket upsell.
Do you service VRV/VRF and ducted systems?
Yes — fan coil servicing, filter and plenum cleaning, drainage and controls checks for VRV/VRF and ducted installations. Where an OEM or specialist is required for warranty work, we coordinate and supervise them under your contract.
