Every property accumulates a list of building works that are too small for a main contractor and too disruptive to leave undone: a wall to hack, a pantry to reconfigure, tiles to relay, a unit to reinstate at lease end. Our builder-works team exists for exactly that list.
City Integrated Services carries out minor building and A&A works for commercial buildings, MCST estates, offices, hotels and industrial premises across Singapore — as one-off quoted projects, or as the works arm of your maintenance contract. Where a proposed work requires regulatory submission, we tell you upfront and coordinate the required professionals.

Frequently asked questions
Do minor building works need approval in Singapore?
Many small works — like built-in furniture, finishes or non-structural partitions — can proceed without submission, but some works require approval or a qualified person, and structural changes always do. We flag what applies during the site measure and coordinate the necessary professionals before any regulated work starts.
Can you work at night or on weekends?
Yes. Noisy or disruptive works are commonly scheduled after hours or on weekends, with building management’s approval and the required permits. The working-hours plan is agreed in the quotation.
Do you handle reinstatement at the end of a lease?
Yes — reinstatement is one of our most requested builder works. We take the landlord’s reinstatement clause, quote against it item by item, coordinate inspections with building management and hand back the unit on time.
Is builder work covered under a maintenance contract?
Minor repairs are covered under maintenance contracts; larger builder works are quoted separately before starting — with priority scheduling and preferential rates for contract clients.
