Electrical faults never pick a convenient time. A tripping breaker closes a shop; a failed riser plunges a corridor into darkness; an overloaded DB quietly becomes a fire risk. Planned electrical maintenance keeps those problems rare — and a responsive team keeps them short.
City Integrated Services maintains the electrical installations of commercial buildings, MCST estates, offices, hotels and industrial premises across Singapore. In Singapore, electrical works must be carried out by or under the supervision of a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) — our delivery is structured around that requirement, with documentation you can produce at any audit.

Frequently asked questions
Do electrical works in Singapore require a licensed electrician?
Yes. Under EMA regulations, electrical works must be carried out by or under the supervision of a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW). Our electrical maintenance is structured around this — regulated works are LEW-performed or LEW-supervised, with the paperwork to show it.
Can you take over a building where the wiring records are missing?
Yes — it is common. We start with a survey, re-label DBs and circuits as we service them, and rebuild a usable record set over the first few months of the contract.
Do you do LED lighting upgrades?
Yes. We replace failing fluorescent and discharge fittings with LED equivalents during routine servicing or as a planned one-off upgrade, and can phase the change floor by floor to spread cost.
