Garden & Landscaping

Garden and landscape maintenance for estates and frontages

Turf care, hedge and shrub trimming, tree pruning coordination, planting refresh and grounds housekeeping — keeping your greenery healthy and your frontage sharp, all year round.

In a garden city, landscaping is part of your property’s face. Overgrown hedges, patchy turf and dying planters read as neglect long before anything actually breaks. Landscape maintenance is a rhythm — cut, feed, prune, replant — and the properties that look effortless simply keep the rhythm.

City Integrated Services maintains gardens and grounds for condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial estates, hotels and offices across Singapore — scheduled crews with proper equipment, supervised to a standard you set, with staffing aligned to the landscape sector’s Progressive Wage Model requirements.

Frequently asked questions

How often should estate landscaping be maintained?

Most Singapore estates run weekly or fortnightly grounds visits for mowing, sweeping and touch-ups, with monthly deeper works (feeding, pruning, pest checks) and seasonal replanting. We set the cycle by plant palette and growth rate, then adjust through the year.

Do you handle tree cutting and large tree pruning?

Minor pruning is done in-house. Works on sizeable trees — especially where safety or conservation rules apply — are carried out by certified arborists whom we engage and supervise as part of your contract.

Can you improve a tired landscape, not just maintain it?

Yes. Alongside maintenance we propose planting refreshes, turf repairs and low-water planter schemes — small phased upgrades that lift the property without a full relandscaping project.
